Definition of MDB
A Media Data Base (“MDB”) is a tool for the storage and administration of any digital media content, particularly of media data such as images, graphics, videos, music, and text.
Our MDB is an Internet accessible, highly structured database to archive, standardize and distribute media content.

General guidelines:
The media content made available free of charge in this MDB is copyright protected and shall be used solely for editorial purposes and solely for publications in relation to Glashütter Uhrenbetrieb GmbH and/or its watch products. Any other use, in particular of a commercial nature, is prohibited. The media content shall not be modified except to the extent absolutely necessary for its publication, such as with respect to its size.

The following copyright notice must be added with any publication of media content downloaded from this MDB: “© Glashütter Uhrenbetrieb GmbH. All rights reserved.”

Specific Restrictions:

Any person that has been authorized by Glashütter Uhrenbetrieb GmbH to download media content from this MDB and not fully and continuously respecting the guidelines and restrictions pursuant to this AUP agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Glashütter Uhrenbetrieb GmbH and its successors, assignees, affiliated companies and the officers, directors and employees of each of them, from and against any and all claims, suits, investigations, proceedings, losses, actions, damages, expenses and all other liabilities, including, but not limited to, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs arising out of or in connection with the non-respect of these guidelines and restrictions.
